You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If there is no error on our part, customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Some credit card companies have different time periods to issue returns, so we ask you be patient and give it 3-5 days to see your return before calling.

We are able to ship CBD to most countries, and almost all 50 states. Currently, we are not shipping to Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, and South Dakota, due to their state laws prohibiting CBD. Orders will ship via Priority mail unless other arrangements are made. Shipping time is typically 1-3 business days within the US, and between 4-10 business days for international orders. Please understand that these are estimates and may vary slightly. For international orders, we can only guarantee shipping as far as customs in the destination country. After this time, shipping is taken over by local parcel delivery, and we have no recourse. We also cannot be responsible for and duty or customs charges in the country of delivery as this may vary based on product content and cost. You will still have tracking information for the package, and usually there should not be a problem, but this is one inherent risk of international shipping.
For Domestic orders in the US, packages are shipped with delivery confirmation, and are guaranteed up to delivery. Please understand we cannot be responsible if a package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Signature confirmation is available if desired, simply by filling out the request in the comment section of your order. If you request signature confirmation, your order will be adjusted with a $1.50 surcharge which the post office charges us, and will not be delivered without being signed for.
